Quitclaim, 1557, September 27. 4 and 5 Philp and Mary.

Quitclaim by John Richard of Yaldyng in the county of Kent, tanner, to William Stace of Yaldyng aforesaid, husbandman, of all his right in 2 pieces of arable and pasture called "Newgates," containing 6 acres lying in the parish of Yaldyng, bounded by king's and queen's highways called "Grene Strete" and "Rattes Playn" to the north and west, a certain lane called "Purcopplane" to the east, and the land of the aforesaid William Stace called "Crumpes" to the south.
